Contacted beTiMES and what happened next? Initial telephone conversation : examination of Ewelina's needs, initial proposal of support, determining what it should look like so that the client's expectations are met smoothly and without any misunderstandings. After this conversation, a project was created based on our proven sales funnel scheme , which clearly showed what Ewelina would need to do. In the next step, Ewelina received a quote and an invoice , after approval, we started working. Ewelina's task was to complete the brief, which also includes questions about the sales offer. This document is our template , but C Level Contact List each time we tailor the questions to a specific client and his project. In Asana, we have created a new project in two ways , where in the "overview" section we have placed all the most important. We use on an ongoing basis. It is worth mentioning that we use Google documents and sheets, because it speeds up the work very much. The tasks for Ewelina , grouped into the most urgent ones, stage 1 and the next ones as stage 2, were entered one by one with specific dates and assigned to the people performing/the person responsible for the project. It is worth mentioning that at Asana we do not write a project from scratch, we have ready-made templates for entire projects in our procedures , which we adapt to a specific client each time.
